David Wiener started developing real estate in 1986, having transitioned from a wholesale textile business, and prior to that a retail furniture business. In 2000, Michael Wiener joined his father's business, and in 2014 Melanie (Michael's daughter) also joined the family business. The Wieners focus on adaptive re-use of industrial buildings, value-add investments, and ground-up development opportunities. The Wieners have successfully developed anchored and non-anchored shopping centers, self storage facilities, apartments, and a residential community. The Wieners have received recognition for their commitment to quality, design, and community outreach.

David Wiener
David Wiener has been a real estate investor in California since the 1960s. He started his real estate career in the 1980s, when he developed apartment communities, anchored shopping centers, and government leased office space.
At 97 years of age, he remains active in the real estate business. When he is not working, Mr. Wiener is busy with philanthropic endeavors.
Orphaned at 12 years of age by the German invasion of Poland during WWII, and having survived several labor and extermination camps, including Auschwitz, Mr. Wiener frequently speaks to underprivileged youth about the value of education and perserverence, and to whom he delivers a powerful message of hope.
Michael Wiener
Michael Wiener has developed commercial, industrial, and residential real estate in California, Hawaii, and Texas. Mr. Wiener is currently developing a marina, hotel, and residential community on Harbour Island, The Bahamas. Prior to a career in real estate, Mr. Wiener practiced law from 1989 to 2000. Mr. Wiener is involved with several philanthropies, and he volunteers as a Big Brother.
Melanie Wiener
Melanie Wiener works directly with Michael Wiener and David Wiener on real estate development, management and leasing of anchored and non-anchored shopping centers. She was responsible for permitting and construction of self storage projects in California and Hawaii. Melanie is also involved in the family's resort development project in The Bahamas.
